Self & The Soul

I'm not 100% sure which group I should be posting this in, so I'm crossposting in 3 different circles; my apologies for any inconveniences or confusion! I have struggled with connection for a long time, and I need to improve this significantly to pursue my professional dreams. I've finally decided to begin with online community, and I want to have my own circle on here. However I'm undecided on how/where to start. I've narrowed my ideas down to 3, but I'm not sure if I could include them all in one circle (with a one word tag on each post to specify intent) or if these circles need to be separate (and if that's the case, which one I should start with as 3 may be too many at first.) I am a truly open-minded, non judgemental individual who can perceive and understand a multitude of perspectives. I want to share this with others, both personally and professionally. I also have a passion for the Chakra System and wish to use it to create an assortment of journeys/programs, and I'd like to practice doing this while working on obtaining my certifications. So basically I would like to offer the following 1) a space for anyone to say anything and only receive validation or relation 2) a place for people to share anything with the hope for discussion/learning a new point of view, or even helping two or more people to recognize misunderstandings and come to a place of unity and 3) a base for me to test out teaching some of my chakra-aligned workshops. Please let me know your thoughts!

So many weird things have been happening lately, I keep feeling I’m going to bump into people I know and it’s been happening for over a week! Is that telepathy or something?

We rarely hear people talking about taking care of their brains, but there’s so much we can do from the food we eat, to the exercise we do to the exposure we give it! I say, take care of your brain and your brain will take care of you!

So happy, I’ve created a healthy sweet treat! Gluten free banana muffins with 2 spoons of honey (instead of sugar) & 74% dark chocolate 🍫! Yoghurt, olive oil and psyllium husk. Lots of fiber! I’m freezing them so I can have one whenever I want something sweet but healthy.
