Sometimes when we’re busy caring for others, we can lose ourselves. It’s ok. Self care is also about gently coming back to ourselves without self condemnation but with a big loving embrace 💗
Started the morning with some affirmations as a little act of self-care and self-love!
Felt a bit low yesterday so I cooked myself a delicious & healthy Chinese style dumpling soup full of vegetables, fresh ginger, lemongrass & vitamins (I rarely cook for myself lately 🥲) Giving myself time to figure out what I really fancied eating & then lovingly cooking it for myself, felt such a great act of self-care & self love… I recommend giving it a go! 💗💗
