Psychedelic Yoga

Hey there, what am I expected to experience doing psychedelic yoga for the first time?

Does doing psychedelic yoga involve hallucinogenics? Or is it about reaching an inner state of nirvana through yoga?

Hi, what would a session in psychedelic yoga entail? Can someone talk me through the process please?

So far my experience has been deeply spiritual, I saw Shiva and pavarti and I held my womb in a lotus form against my heart which for reasons I dont feel comfortable sharing atm meant a lot to me and felt very peaceful I felt the deepest connection with myself ive felt in a while.

I’ve practiced yoga for a while, but never combined it with psychedelic exploration. Where do beginners usually start?
