I would assume so, i once did kundalini yoga while using 🍄🟫 and the trace i got into was intense but fun cause it was my first experience doing this sort of thing and especially with the breathwork involved it was a positive but intense first experience, basically I figure you can do most types of yoga or meditation just some might be more intense than others so do whatever makes you feel most comfortable to start and start out slow, 🍄🟫 usually take a hour to kick in too so you can really play around with how much you want to make it a whole ceremony or just a deeper yoga practice than a standard one
