-“Tricking myself” into creating small self care routines for myself.
-research and deepening self awareness into the psychology behind tidy spaces etc, ie (if you can UNDERSTAND the value in addressing an issue-it can make it easier to complete some tasks.)
-ALLOWING myself to rest and do so MINDFULLY (meditate jf you feel called to)
