Can’t seem to shake the blues lately… I seem to oscillate between feeling ok & sad & not sure why…. I am genuinely grateful for so many things, but at the same time, I just feel sad & can’t figure out why. Can anyone else relate?

Emotions aren’t always logical or easy to explain, and sometimes our minds and bodies are just processing things on a deeper level that haney quite surfaced yet. Have you been giving yourself space to rest emotionally? Are there small stressors accumulating that you’ve brushed past? Or maybe it’s just a quiet season that your soul is moving through. Either way, what you’re feeling is valid, and you don’t have to have all the answers to sit with your feelings compassionately.

Hi Mia, yes sometimes I get like that. There might not be anything obviously wrong but maybe it’s the weather or people I care about are struggling, the news, money concerns or just haven’t slept well in a few nights etc.. sometimes the reason’s aren’t obvious but still it’s real. Respect what’s going on for you and give yourself some TLC… it’s ok to feel down at times. Sending you hugs 🤗
