I’m very pleased with myself and my keto breakfast! Home made keto bagels (almond flour & cottage cheese,) ricotta cheese and strawberries…. It takes a minute to cut out sugar and high carbs but once you get into the habit, it’s easy and my body feels great for it. Sugar and I don’t do well it seems! Guess it’s important to discover what works for your own body and then feed it accordingly 🫶
