I was wondering, how many of you enjoy the kind of exercise you do?
Yoga is everything to me. I used to make myself to go to the gym, but after a couple of years 😳, I realized that I was ‘forcing’ myself & was not enjoying it at all. I do not have to force myself with yoga.

Severely injured my lower back and left shoulder, February 10th. Still basically bedridden; meditating helps. Anyone have any gentle, easy lower back and shoulder stretches or yoga poses? Also, any kind of juice, fruit, food, etc that will help?
Anyone using a trampoline for fitness? Please tell me more about it, I’m considering getting one!
