I have been my brother is a doctor I have crutches and it's not permanent it's just annoying when it happens it's an old injury

Remember if pain limits your mobility. You should be seen by a physician. Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy can help improve mobility and work with compensatory movement to adapt to lifestyle needs.
