My father is currently visiting his brother in England & he has been rushed to hopitwl with his heart. He is in safe hands as they are running tests, but I am so far away and not sure how to deal with this or process the situation as I need to stay and look after my mom. Feeling vulnerable.

The fact that he’s in good hands and getting care is reassuring. Just remember, it’s okay to feel vulnerable. You’re doing something really strong by staying present for your mom while also holding space for your own emotions.
