Do you guys have any tips on how to be more present in life? Many times, I find myself zoning out or thinking about other things. I used to only do this as an "escape" from things, such as my dad's nagging or school assignments, where I'm completing the task that I'm working on but I'm not truly there. But now, I find myself slipping away when eating, talking, sitting, etc. While escaping to my head was nice, I miss the feeling of being fully present. Do you guys have any tips or suggestions?
