Took some time this weekend to sit with my thoughts and do some mindful journaling. It felt great!
I learned mindfulness last year (5mins) and meditation (30mins) as well. Mindfulness is super grounding especially when ppl lead the way or the host. It looked easy to me so I didn’t know if it will work but it did! Having good visualization sense is big plus.
