Hi 👋 eating habits can be complicated as we need food to survive we also use food as a source of enjoyment or so times even punishment. I think the issue here is not the food but your relationship with yourself and yourself imagine. Also with trust. As someone who has experienced eating disorders since a child, a recommend you speak with someone to help you figure this out before it becomes a habit. Please reach out and talk to someone. There are communities on line too that can help. You deserve to enjoy food and love yourself and your body as you are 💗
