Has anything changed recently in your life? Experience? These particular fears may just be the result of something else in the daytime that has amplified your physiological arousal level.
The last few days I’ve been waking up at 3am in sheer panic. My biggest fears start bouncing in my head and I can’t calm down for an hour or so. I’m not aware of these fears plaguing me during the day, feeling a little confused by this.
