So I got overwhelmed with all the emotions on 31st Jan. And I went for a walk for 45 minutes in 3 sessions of 15 minutes. It helped me process my emotions.
im really sad all the time. i keep everything bottled up most of the time but i just can't. its all too much and it hurts really badly. i just want it to stop. i reassured myself multiple times that this year will be so much better but it wasn't at least it hasn't been yet. if anything its been worse and i cant take it anymore. my head is throbbing half the time and i try to cry but i just cant. someone please tell me what to do.
