I’ve been really trying to work on myself lately…. Listening to podcasts, reading articles & trying to gain clarity, self forgiveness & love. I’ve also been reading & listening to friends here on Sol & I had a realization! It seems that so many of us struggle to forgive or love ourselves & though I don’t know why, there are proven ways to help ourselves feel better. But it needs the same commitment we give our bodies. So, the way we brush our teeth everyday and shower (without any drama) for our physical well-being, then so we need to practice exercises (to the same level of commitment) for our mental and spiritual well being too! …. We wouldn’t not brush our teeth for weeks?! and yet we don’t meditate or journal or practice gratitude etc for months! and then I wonder why I feel out of sorts or depressed or stressed. And I know it’s not easy but then I guess learning to brush our teeth and showering wasn’t easy at some point either! Just saying 😉💓
