Dear LORD, I come to You as I am today, not strong in every way, not broken beyond hope. You see the parts of me that are tired, the places that still ache and the areas I've learned to live with instead of bringing to You. I don't want to carry this quietly anymore. I bring my body, my mind and my heart back into Your care. Touch the places that need restoration. Heal what I don't even have words for (Jeremiah 30:17) "For I will restore health to you and heal you of your wounds," declares the LORD. Guide me. Preserve my health. Cover my mind from quiet anxiety and unseen strain. Let no hidden affliction take root and let no recurring weakness gain authority over my life. Strengthen me from the inside out. Watch over my family and everyone connected to me. Where life has tried to drain us, let restoration flow. Where the enemy has hoped for weariness, release renewal. I place my health, my strength and my future into Your hands. I trust You to keep what You have given me. In Jesus' name, Amen.
