Dear Lord, thank you for the gift of this new day. I surrender my plans, worries, and desires to you, trusting in your guidance. Fill my heart with joy, my mind with peace, and my day with purpose. Strengthen me to face challenges and help me share your love. Amen.

REST IN ME, MY CHILD. Give your mind a break from planning and trying to anticipate what will happen. Pray continually, asking My Spirit to take charge of the details of this day. Remember that you are on a journey with Me. When you try to peer into the future and plan for every possibility, you ignore your constant Companion, who sustains you moment by moment. As you gaze anxiously into the distance, you don't even feel the strong grip of My hand holding yours. How foolish you are, My child! Remembrance of Me is a daily discipline. Never lose sight of My Presence with you. This will keep you resting in Me all day, every day. 1 THESSALONIANS 5:17; PSALM 62:5

Defeat is a made-up mindset that tries to convince you to surrender the tools, knowledge, wisdom, and strength you gained in previous seasons. Its goal is to make you forfeit a fight that has not even been fully fought. Today, we denounce the mindset of defeat! We refuse to quit, give up, or settle for less than what God has promised. We shall arise and fight. We shall press forward until we see, touch, and experience a better outcome. We will not allow fear, disappointment, or past failures to determine our future. By faith, we stand. By faith, we move. By faith, we overcome. Take a quiet moment, tell Him what scares you, and ask Him to shape your words and actions. Even when the outcome is messy, His presence is faithful, and He can guide you toward integrity and peace.

Day 161 of 365. God is saying to you today, "Your past does not define your future. I have already forgiven what you keep replaying in your mind. Let go of guilt and embrace My grace. Remember 2 Corinthians 5:17, where I declared that anyone in Me is a new creation. The old has passed away. A new chapter is beginning. Walk into it with confidence."

It's crazy how the presence of God can completely change your mood and attitude in an instant. One worship song, one whispered prayer, one scripture verse can take you from the absolute worst mindset to a place of such peace and joy. There's nothing like the presence of God.❤️
