Yup, I hear you.
It’s so frustrating. It feels like no matter how much sleep I get, the quality of it wasn’t refreshing!

It might be important to dig a little deeper, trying to understand if there is something that disturbs or fragments your sleep-keeping it not fully restorative. It could be internal eg, sleep apnea, restless leg syndrome etc, or external eg, environmental noise, signals, EMF, radio frequencies etc.
