Hey there, I can totally relate! Especially if you haven’t done it for a while or haven’t had role models in your life to show you how to properly look after and care for yourself. My advise would be start small. Start by forgiving yourself and being compassionate that you don’t know how to begin to self care. Then maybe have a little think about what small thing you can do today that’s going to be healthy for you and make you feel good. It could be having a bath or calling a friend or going to bed early, or going for a walk or making yourself a nice meal or doing a face mask, having a hair cut, going to a gym class etc etc. something that feels good for you and something that feels possible to do. Just something small that will make you feel that you did something nice for you. Then do something small for yourself tomorrow too & so on 💗💗
