I can really relate. Especially since I had kids. Self care is something I reallly need to work harder on.
Does anyone else struggle with consistent self care or is it only me? 😒 I feel I go through phases where I’m eating well and looking after myself well and then I stop for a while. Feel physically off and guilty and then get ‘back on it’ again. I struggle with doing it consistently, not sure if this is an ADHD thing or not. Anyone else relate?
