While working on that you may also take another tack-while our bedroom doesn’t have to look like a temple it does need to be declutterrd and maybe contain a few sacred objects, even a small altar for sacred practices before bed.

Yes, a Dream journal can be very helpful to notice patterns and common Dream signs, and relationship with waking activity.

Ok I can’t remember last night’s fully …. But I had a very intense dream and wouldn’t let myself wake up until I finished it. It wasn’t related to anything I’d seen on TV but I felt very anxious in it. I guess I need to start making notes now when I wake up!
