Hi 👋, repeating a question I’ve seen pop up a few times & wondering if you could help please?! Is the pineal gland (which produces melatonin to help sleep,) also the third eye? Is there a spiritual connection here & does it help with sacred sleep?
I came across this question in other circle about pineal gland being third eye or not and my knowledge about this gland is that it produces melatonin hormone which manage our sleep wake cycle so I really wanna know is this explanation align with pineal gland being third eye.
I recently made a decision that I’d been putting off for a year & since then, the quality of my sleep has changed. It’s deeper. The dreams are lighter & I’ve been feeling more grounded and connected with life when I’m awake. I’m not sure if that’s due to sleeping deeper, or making a decision or if it’s all a mix of it all.
I have been using Solfeggio Frequencies at night to calm my mind. 5 hz helps stop the chatter, 432 hz knocks me out! Has anyone used more than one at a time? If so, what was your experience with it?
