"Reparenting," is the process of becoming your own nurturing, protective, and guiding inner parent to meet emotional and developmental needs that were unmet in childhood. It involves healing the inner child, cultivating self-compassion, and building self-discipline to override past conditioning and create a secure, healthy adulthood.
