Such a good perspective. Parenting can be tough at times, instead of punishing ourselves, we can see it as an opportunity for growth.
On today, Mental health awareness day, I find that the blues are back. Maybe it’s related to the vertigo I have or the depression I struggle with at times. Either way, I find it hard to feel like a good parent when times like this, I struggle to do the basics, let alone be a good parent. Can anyone else relate?
