Try setting smaller goals instead of trying to do everything at once.
I try doing each of them, even if it’s just 10-20 minutes. Wellness doesn’t have to be perfect, it’s about creating little spaces of balance whenever you can!
It’s ok if sometimes you need to put in a little more effort into one of them I’ve the other in order to create a better balance. Ie… sometimes it’s more work, other times it’s more fitness depending on what the priority is.
