Finally… I’m on the mend and it’s all down to sleeping & eating well 🙏 but this has been a serious lesson in continuing to make self care a daily, compounding ritual in my life. I’ve ignored myself for far too long! For me, this looks like: eating well, sleeping well, laughing, moving, loving, forgiving, connecting to my higher power and trusting that I am safe etc. Bringing consciousness to the way I treat myself everyday. This is something I have already been practicing more regularly the past 12 months and have now realized the importance & that feels powerful 🙏 Thanks for your helpful comments ❤️
