A reminder to fill your cup first! What’s one small thing you do to fill your own cup? Mine is waking up before my baby to enjoy a hot coffee and guided meditation. 🧘‍♀️

It’s not always easy for me but then I remind myself that if I’m not ok, then I can’t look after my kids the way they deserve to be looked after. Thanks for the reminder 🧘‍♀️
