Hi Heidi. I’d like to join this. I’d like to quit sugar and then gluten. I can’t go cold turkey, so from tomorrow I will have one small treat a day for a few days whilst learning to swap the cakes and chocolates etc for fruit for the rest of the month. Then at the beginning of February, if not sooner, I’d like to quit gluten. Ultimately I’d like to create an 80/20 long term lifestyle where the gluten and sugar make up a maximum 20 % of my diet. But initially, I’d like to go 100% free until Easter for health reasons.
