Tapping is a great practice to relax the nervous system, but by itself not necessarily a sacred sleep practice. You may need to perform some type of relaxation activity to settle you down and then prepare for sacred sleep with a spiritual practice of your choice-prayers, meditation, reviewing the days activities , especially the high points. Here, a recognition that we are part of a greater story, there is a mystery to the universe/life that we may never know fully, and that we each play a unique role in the world’s expression. For me, Life is not a riddle to be solved but rather a mystery to be experienced :)
