Hi Matěj, of course 🤗By definition, EFT (Emotional Freedom Tecnique,) which is also known as tapping, is a self-help, mind-body method that combines cognitive, exposure, and acupressure techniques to reduce stress, anxiety, and emotional distress. By tapping on specific meridian points on the face, head, and torso while focusing on a problem, it aims to calm the nervous system, lower cortisol, and reframe negative thoughts.
