I’m trying to let my inner self guide me to better health by listening to my body; when it needs to sleep or cry or what kind of foods in needs, when I’m satiated and when I need to communicate or let things be. It’s been a slow & difficult process as I’ve felt disconnected with myself the last few years but I’m beginning to notice and feel small changes!! 🏆
