My state has a lot of fire right now. I'm very worried about the fire fighters and people having to evacuate, obviously. But here's my problem, I'm allergic to evergreens, the main thing that is burning. I'm already on allergy medicine so don't worry. But my throat and head still hurt so bad. Is there anything else I can do or take?

Thank you! I'll try the eucalyptus, I'm scared of saline nose rinses. And yeah, it's devastating, I can't even comprehend the ruin right now.

Oh no, that’s so sad on so many levels. It breaks my heart when nature suffers 😢 have you tried saline nasal rinse to flush the pollen and sap oils out of your sinuses. Or Steam & Eucalyptus: Breathing in warm steam with a few drops of eucalyptus oil can help soothe irritated airways and clear nasal passages. Hope the fires are ok and you feel better ❤️‍🩹
