I have done an unplugging before and it does work but sometimes I just can't sleep without music
Just checking in…how is every one doing? How many steps have you achieved? Healthy Eating? Water? So far today I achieved 14,466 steps…gardening, walk aerobics as a warm up to gardening… I have 20 ounces of Black coffee 20 ounces homemade fruit smoothie So far 3 16.9 cups unce waters! Now that the weather is getting better. Who wants to do an unplugging challenge? Suggestion? Unplug 1-2 hours every night? Or just 1 day a week? I know we “need” our electronics, but living life is better!
