The quickest way for me to ‘snap out of it’, is to face it. Accept that I’m having these uncomfortable feelings & give it space to be. I might then do some gentle stretching and shaking. Maybe a short journaling session or a few star jumps so I can continue my day. But even throughout the day, I try to give myself space to feel what I’m feeling, even if it’s awkward. There’s usually a reason we feel this way, even if we don’t know what it is, and I find that it’s important to let myself go through it and come out the other end. Often the more I resist, it persists! Either way…. Don’t worry, it’ll pass 🫶
