I find that practicing 10 minutes of mindfulness before I start work, helps me to plug back in during the day. There are countless of moments through out the working day where we can practice mindfulness: whilst making a coffee, walking from the desk to the bathroom, or even just stopping work for 2 minutes and focusing on your breathe etc 🧘♀️
