Hadn’t tried that but good idea…. I always feel relaxed when my cat sits on me, guess I could try some mindfulness around it too.
Not sure if anyone else can relate, but I find it helpful meditating to the sound & vibration of my purring cat. When they sit on me, I will become aware of my breathing and slow it down to match the calmness of their vibrations & purrs: this really relaxes me and helps bring me into the present moment.
