Trying to self soothe, so I cooked a healthy recipe I saw on line that I’d craved all week! Chinese egg & chicken soup. It was amazing, will make again. Full of goodness including: chicken broth, tumeric, green onions, sesame oil, eggs, rice vinegar, soya sauce, and lemon. Looking forward to making again, soon!
