Alice-Rebecah D. Sleep tips are only helpful when there is the occasional irritant on a backdrop of reasonably good sleep. From the multiple issues you report seems like it’s time for deep dive into potential organic issues that may contribute to sleep disturbance. Really helpful to rule these out by making sure nothing medical needs attention. A thorough physical exam is important for starters. If nothing significant is found then follow it up by monitoring your sleep with a sleep diary daily, right after awakening each morning and before bed each night. Look for patters, associations across time. How we sleep on any given night may be related to that day’s activities, OR the last several days to a week! Also, a sleep diary with significant sleep disturbances will be strong evidence to bring to your healthcare provider and justify a sleep study.
I hope these suggestions are helpful. If you have already explored all the above then we can discuss what you have found.
