How do you practice self care while parenting? Feels impossible some days 😅

I guess those small moments really do add up. I’m gonna try that next time 🙌🙌

Some days are harder than others! I remind myself that it’s not always possible to self care in the way I’d like to sometimes because I have 2 young kids. So then I’ll take myself to the bathroom and do some quick breathing exercises! Some days, I grab what I can.
