Oh no! It’s horrible when you’re in good shape and then can’t really do anything, other than painful it’s also very frustrating. Is it muscular or is there more damage. It’s definitely worth getting it checked out, as the back is such an important part of our body. Wouldn’t want to give any suggestions for that reason, best a professional guide you but I would say stick to healing food that helps bring down the inflammation maybe bone broth, warm soups, healthy proteins etc not too many juices as they have very high sugar content & don’t want to have sugar spikes, especially when you can’t use up that energy! As much as you probably don’t want to here this, time is the main thing, especially if it’s muscles. It could be bruising which again needs time for the inflammation to go down.
