Recognizing the pattern is already a step toward change. Try setting a small, non-negotiable time for each day— just like brushing your teeth. Even a few minutes can create consistency and prevent burnout.
I tend to exercise early morning before my brain knows what I did to the body. Meditation or moving meditation (TaiChi). Can set the day of any worries about your daily agenda. It is nice to do it after work or just before sleeping.
Oh no! Feel better soon. I take 5-10 minutes on waking and again before I sleep to practice…. That way, it becomes a habit attached to something I do everyday… waking and sleeping!
