Hi Caz, first thing first, this is NOT on you. Whatever our parents decide to do, is on them! But as a daughter of a father who cheated many times, I wish I had spoken to him when I was younger about how it made me feel and how it had shaped my view on men and relationships. Even though it’s NOT your fault and it’s NOT your responsibility, it does affect you and it does shape the way you look at relationships, so maybe speak to him about how it’s making yo feel. If he refuses to take responsibility of his actions or even talk, then maybe speak to a counselor. Sending you strength 🫶
