Sugar Detox: The last 2 days I fell off the wagon. Still trying to manage stress. I did not binge sugar,. That’s a plus! Yesterday my 93 y.o. Received a pacemaker-successfully. I did eat oatmeal for breakfast, poached egg for a snack, mixed garden salad for lunch with raspberry vinaigrette, supper a chicken avocado with a slice if chocolate pie which occurred at 8p following getting mom home from surgery! Today was better Unfortunately I skipped breakfast, lunch was dark blue grapes & green grapes, salad wrap, Supper was 3 frozen burritos, greek lime yogurt w/granola and several jelly beans. I have to say the butter popcorn jelly bean definitely tastes like buttered popcorn! LOL!😂
