Not helpful but that’s exactly what I was going to recommend! A friend of mine used to brew fresh garlic, black pepper, cinnamon & cayenne pepper. Then after 10 minutes, she’d let it cool a bit and pour in fresh orange juice and honey. It tasted awful but it really helped. Maybe you have virus and it just needs its time. Rest and stay hydrated and hopefully you’ll be back on your feet fighting fit soon! 🙏💗
