So proud of myself, after countless failures, I was finally ready to make the changes I needed for my health & I feel so much better for it. Bullying myself into exercise or eating well, does not work for me. I searched deep within and found my ‘why’s’ my ‘what would these changes look like’ my ‘how it would make me happier’ etc Now I’m 1 month, I’ve lost 3.5kg with minimal effort. I feel healthier and fitter and above all, I do not feel like I’m forcing myself to diet!
