Thank you so much for this new and interesting question. To be honest, I didn’t know much about Chiron earlier, but your question encouraged me to look into it, and I found that Western astrology gives it quite a significant place.
In Greek mythology, the physical form of Chiron is very similar to the symbol of Sagittarius half human and half horse.
Because of this, Chiron is associated with wisdom, healing, and higher knowledge.
However, Chiron is not used in Vedic astrology. According to our classical texts, only 9 planets are considered:
Sun, Moon, Mars, Mercury, Jupiter, Venus, Saturn, Rahu, Ketu
But where does Chiron-like energy appear in Vedic astrology?
Saturn:- life lessons, pain, discipline, karma
Ketu:- past-life wounds, detachment, spiritual pain
6th house:- disease, healing, service
8th house:- trauma, deep transformation, hidden pain
