PEACE Once a certain level of integration and assimilation has taken place, and acceptance has settled into your system consciously and subconsciously, your nervous system will begin regulating itself more naturally and peace will gradually become your new normal. Regulation comes as your body recognises that the threat, the fear, or the internal conflict no longer controls your reality. Where there is still chaos, emotional intensity, or instability, there are still layers being processed, sifted through, and transcended within your awareness. Over time, your system recalibrates around a greater sense of internal safety and stability. This is where peace is born from, from your body recognising that it is safe to exist without remaining in survival mode and without constantly preparing for disruption.
