Eggs, peppers, onions and chicken skillet. Throw in some spinach, lemon juice, pumpkin seeds and ground Flaxseed. Top with 1/2 avocado. You will be full and have loads of energy. If you are really hungry, add 1/2 small sweet potato. Also really good for your hormones!
