God is saying to you today, "My child, not every thought needs a voice, and not every emotion needs a reaction. Wisdom knows when to speak and when to be still. There is strength in restraint, and power in choosing peace over proving a point. When you quiet your spirit, you make room for Me to work on your behalf. Do not feel the need to defend yourself at every moment, let Me be your defender. Stillness is not weakness; it is discipline guided by wisdom. As My Word says, 'Fools give full vent to their anger, but the wise quietly hold it back' (Proverbs 29:11). Pray for discernment to know when to speak and when to remain silent. I will give you the words when they are needed, and the peace to hold back when they are not. Walk in wisdom, and you will see My hand move where noise never could."
